Through FIU BOLD Agency, I supported client-facing communications and marketing work for FIU Global and FIU’s Professional Science Master’s in Environmental Policy and Management program. My responsibilities included content strategy, recruitment messaging, social media content, campaign coordination, stakeholder communication, and performance reporting. These experiences strengthened my ability to translate communication goals into organized, measurable campaign work.
My work includes campaign tracking, platform analysis, content audits, and competitive social media evaluation. I have analyzed TikTok and Instagram performance across brands like Lululemon and Alo, using follower growth, posting consistency, engagement, and content strategy to identify actionable recommendations.
I currently evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, clarity, reasoning quality, and alignment with task instructions. This work has strengthened my ability to assess content quality, identify gaps, validate information, and provide structured feedback across professional use cases.
Before focusing more heavily on communications, I spent years in competitive basketball and later coached high school basketball and youth soccer. Those experiences required leadership, clear communication, athlete development, team management, and relationship-building with players, parents, and staff. They continue to shape how I approach collaboration, accountability, and sports communications.
